 The Italian automaker wants to reduce the time to market for the new entry-premium model to 15 months. That compares with timespans of between 18 and 30 months for most cars made by European carmakers. Lancia dealers are eagerly awaiting the Delta HPE. It will be Lancia’s first new model since the March 2004 debut of the Musa entry-premium car. The Delta is crucial to the brand’s aim to boost sales to 300,000 by 2010. |
